- Set a fixed time to engage in the class.
It will be easier to engage in the class without being directed to do so by a teacher in person. Being organized and self-disciplined, act as if you were at school and you will notice how efficient and exciting it is, so start now, do not hesitate! - Do not rush through your work.
Students often complete work faster than in-class courses. While you may save the time you should not count on finishing class work more quickly, instead reflect and personalize the information you are using and improve the way you work.
- Take the time to ask questions and engage with teachers.
A good course will require the student to interact with teachers, so feel confident to ask the teacher questions whenever you have doubts or do not understand any topic, peers can also collaborate in this process and remember we can learn from other classmates. Just because the course is offered over a computer doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to ask a question about the content. This is an important educational standard that should not be left. - Explore the technology, apps and programs being used in advance of having to use it.

- If you need to work and learn in a collaborative environment, participate with your classmates.
Undoubtedly when collaborating with other students, notice that all classmates need to participate with the same rate of time. Know that you may learn as much about people from the collaboration exercises and projects. Always share your opinion with respect and tolerance. Listen to your classmates’ opinions and take what you consider relevant for the topic. - Use alarms and calendars
Everyone wants to have a neat workspace, for this purpose, good organizational skills is one of the keys to being successful in distance learning courses, record all important dates on your calendar. Avoid bad consequences of forgetting an assignment or project.
